ANMF NT Terms and Conditions

I, the undersigned, apply for membership of the ANMF NT Branch and agree, if admitted, to abide by the rules and regulations of the ANMF. I authorise the Union to act on my behalf in respect of any negotiations, discussions or proceeding relating to the Termsand Conditions of my employment or proposed employment. I understand that resignation must be tendered in writing to the Branch Secretary and will take effect two (2) weeks after the notice is received by the Branch Secretary. I am required to pay membership fees up until that date.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

The insured and the insurer agree that the NT Branch of the ANMF act as the agent for their respective Eligible Members under this policy for the purposes of accepting notices from the insurer, the payment of premiums and the varying of policy terms. I confirm that at the time of signing this declaration I am unaware of any claims or circumstance that could lead to a claim against me and undertake to immediately report any such claims or circumstances in future as soon as possible to the union.
